The need to reopen the case is urgent, because if it’s true that she was involved and lied to the grand jury, it must be revisited. There’s emerging information suggesting Diddy’s 1999 incident could be reinvestigated. Miss Jenny From the Block seems to be struggling because she allegedly assisted Diddy in covering up a crime. This investigation is extensive and reaching everyone involved. Jenny From the Block has been copyrighting her name and taking action against those mentioning her. Let’s refer to her as Jay for this discussion. It’s suspected she’s trying to protect herself from scrutiny related to the 1999 incident. However, reports indicate the case is being looked into again, and federal authorities are involved. Natania Rubin, a central figure, wants bullet fragments from her face as evidence for the reopened case, even though it could be risky. She’s determined to seek justice for what Diddy did to her.
To further elaborate on the incident, Diddy and Jay-Z attended a nightclub named Hot Chocolate at Club New York in Midtown in December 1999 to celebrate the upcoming release of Shine’s album. Around 2:20 a.m., Diddy accidentally knocked a drink out of a patron’s hand named Matthew Allen, known as Scar. Scar, taking offense, confronted Diddy about the spilled drink. Diddy, feeling disrespected and wanting to assert his position, reportedly threw money at Scar as if to show he could replace the drink many times over.
This action was interpreted as an insult by Scar, who responded by throwing stacks of money back at Diddy. As the altercation escalated, bystanders eagerly grabbed at the flying money. However, matters quickly spiraled out of control when gunfire erupted, injuring three patrons, including Natalia who was struck in the face.
In response to the danger, Jay-Z and Diddy fled the scene in a 1999 Lincoln Navigator, running a red light and attracting police attention. During a subsequent search, a stolen 9mm firearm was discovered in the trunk, leading to their arrest on possession charges unrelated to the nightclub incident. Jay-Z spent 14 hours in custody, during which she was reportedly inconsolably upset, with her mother admonishing her in Spanish for getting involved.
Authorities later connected Jay-Z and Diddy to the nightclub incident, resulting in Shine, an associated rapper, being sentenced to nine years in prison. Despite this, Natalia maintains that Diddy’s bullet was responsible for her life-changing injury sustained during the chaotic events of that night in 1999.
In Lil Rod’s lawsuit, he claimed that Diddy boasted about evading crimes and specifically took credit for the nightclub incident in New York City involving Shine. Rod alleged that Jay was the one who brought the weapon into the club, passed it to Diddy, and handed it to him after an altercation with Scar. Intriguing, isn’t it? It’s noteworthy that she was the one who brought it and then passed it to Diddy, dear. I can certainly see how JLo may have carried the weapon for Diddy. When Jay and Diddy were together, they were very close, and there have been reports that she was also involved. While I don’t have concrete evidence of what Jay might have experienced with Diddy, one thing I can say is that Diddy was dangerously possessive and likely compelled her to carry his firearms, similar to what he did with Cassie. Speaking of possessiveness, there’s a story recounted by Jean Deal where he mentioned that at a party once, Will and Jada Smith were interested in connecting with Jay. It was a birthday party, I believe for either Matt Damon or Ben Affleck, held at the Four Seasons. Will Smith, his sister, and her husband were all seated on one side of the room.

It seemed that when Puff Daddy learned of their interest in his girlfriend, he became agitated and requested his bodyguards to remain close. He would leave Jay in the house to search for Kim Porter, or while with JLo, inquire about Kim’s whereabouts, making situations uncomfortable for those around Kim. The rumors even suggested possible federal scrutiny related to past events, involving Jennifer Lopez and connections to Diddy’s activities.
