Well, well, well! Remember when I previously reported that Jeezy expressed interest in obtaining full custody of his daughter? I questioned whether this was because it seemed like he wasn’t keeping up with visitation for his other children, as noted by their mothers and court documents. It appeared like Jeezy had some issues to address.
Now, it seems we’ve uncovered more details. Jenny has presented a photo to the court allegedly showing Monaco surrounded by Jeezy’s firearms. Jeezy is disputing the authenticity of this photo, suggesting it was staged, as he pursues primary custody of their daughter. Essentially, he is seeking full-time custody of a daughter he hasn’t seen much due to his busy touring schedule. This move may be seen as a tactic to pressure Jenny into dropping her concerns about their prenuptial agreement, where she hinted at Jeezy concealing assets.
As I mentioned in my previous video, if Jenny uncovers undisclosed assets, it could lead to other mothers seeking increased child support based on this newfound income. Ultimately, it appears Jeezy’s primary concern revolves around his financial interests. But anyway, reports indicate that Jeezy is pushing for…
Jeezy and his ex-partner Jenny are embroiled in a custody dispute over their two-year-old daughter, with Jenny alleging that Jeezy staged a photo of their child with a gun and seeking primary custody. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Jeezy is making a strong push for primary custody, leveling serious accusations against Jenny.
In the legal filings submitted on Wednesday, the rapper disclosed that following his divorce filing in September 2023, he relocated to the basement of their home in Sandy Springs, Georgia, taking one of his firearms downstairs for security purposes. Jeezy stated that the gun was kept as a precaution against potential intruders to safeguard his family.
Jenny has claimed that the photo of their daughter with the gun was orchestrated by Jeezy to portray her as being unsafe in his presence. Jeezy’s legal motion appears to be part of a proactive strategy to assert his parental rights amid the ongoing custody battle.
It remains to be seen how the court will adjudicate this contentious dispute between the former couple over the welfare and custody of their child.
“To safeguard his family,” the Ninja Turtle, residing in the basement, what is he protecting? What is being safeguarded, my man? Shh! What exactly are you guarding? If someone were to intrude, please explain. What is being protected? The petitioner stored one of his firearms in the basement in case of potential intruders. This occurred a month before Jenny left the marital home. I vividly remember Jenny’s hurried departure; she was extremely upset. At the time, there were media reports about firearms being left around, which made Jenny feel Monaco wasn’t safe.
Jenny was clearly distressed, asserting that everything was done to prevent Monaco from accessing the guns. When I asked about safety measures like a lockbox or fingerprint scanner, he didn’t confirm using any. Anyone with firearms knows how simple it is to keep them secure from children. His response was, “There hasn’t been any incident involving firearms and our minor child.”
Is the absence of incidents proof of Monaco’s safety? It’s like saying, “I don’t need a pool fence because my child hasn’t drowned.” It’s not a logical argument. During the relevant period, the minor child had no access to the basement, as there was a gate to prevent it, and the child was supervised at all times.
The scenario described involves a child and a loaded gun that was accessible in a finished basement where the child’s father resided. The child was familiar with this basement as it was where her father stayed, not an unused or restricted area. Each time the child visited her father, he was located in this basement. Therefore, it was understandable that the child would be drawn to the basement where her father lived, especially considering that the basement was a well-appointed living space.
The only barrier preventing the child from accessing the basement was a baby gate positioned at the top of the stairs leading down. However, anyone familiar with toddlers knows that stairs pose minimal hindrance to their curiosity and mobility.
The petitioner suspected that Jenny or her brother intentionally staged a photo of the child near his firearm. At the time, there were only two other adults present in the residence. It appears that the petitioner was residing in the basement, and during this time, either the respondent or her brother entered the petitioner’s bedroom and took a photograph of the firearm while the petitioner was showering.
Continuing on, Jeezy alleged that when he left the house, he would take the gun with him in one of his bags and pointed out that he has a license for the firearms, despite not needing one in Georgia. We’re not arguing whether those guns are legal; we’re discussing why it was unsecured. I don’t care whether you were together or not. You’re saying they set it up, but does this firearm exist unsecured while a child is around?
Does that violate Georgia state law? Because I know in other states, it’s illegal to have firearms unsecured where there are minor children in the house. They said, “On a different occasion, when the petitioner was leaving the marital residence, he set the bag down at the door before he left to go upstairs to get a hat. In that moment, the respondent staged a scene by placing the party’s two-year-old daughter next to the bag and took a photograph.”
He alleged he knows Jenny staged the scene because the minor child is never left by the door of the home and never left unmonitored. The only way the minor child would have been by the door is that she would have had to be placed there by the respondent. Let me just say this: Right, Jeezy? Yeah, good luck.
First of all, if you only went upstairs to get a hat, how long did it take you? You should have been downstairs in a few minutes. Secondly, you knew that you had a loaded firearm in a duffel bag, which already sounds odd. But if you knew you had a loaded firearm in a duffel bag, why would you leave it by the door? Why wouldn’t you take it upstairs with you? Again, poor gun safety. Secondly, Jeezy has cameras all over his house, inside and outside, a state-of-the-art security system. He does. Literally, if what you’re saying about the staging and these photos is true, do you have video evidence? Because we should see somebody on video footage placing the child by the duffel bag and then taking a picture. Do you have that? Because if you don’t have that evidence, right, that means that you’re just talking trash.
No matter what you say, it’s evident that you exhibit poor judgment. You’re attributing luck as the reason something didn’t happen to your child. Jeezy also claims that Jenny failed to hand over Monaco earlier this month during his scheduled time to take her. When Jeezy sent his caretaker to California on April 2nd to pick up Monaco from Jenny’s residence, the caretaker received a message from Jenny stating she wouldn’t hand over Monaco because of Jeezy’s firearm ownership.
I understand what some of you might say: “You always take the woman’s side.” Well, you’re right, I do. Jeezy should’ve treated Jenny with more respect. Jenny might be playing dirty, but hey, you started this game with dirty tactics and she’s simply playing it better.
And by the way, that’s a B… A, that’s B. A, she’s from the B where they dance differently. Ah, they dance differently. That’s what you get, Jeezy. Don’t be upset now. And honestly, I don’t care what your reasons are. You pose a danger, and accidents can happen. Anyone with a toddler knows they can get into anything. It’s like having an unmonitored pool. All it takes is one moment, and saying “I watch her all the time” isn’t good enough.
Jenny had completely vacated her California home without notice after the caretaker’s visit, and to date, Jeezy doesn’t know where Jenny and Monaco are living. Jeezy claims Jenny’s lifestyle is too extravagant for their daughter, mentioning trips to Vietnam and luxury getaways. But can’t a toddler travel to Los Angeles, New York, Texas, and Massachusetts with their parents? She doesn’t have school, so why not? Jeezy admits he doesn’t know where Jenny and their daughter are staying, other than being in Boston for April 2024. He thinks their daughter would have more stability with him having primary custody while maintaining a bond with both parents.
Let me be clear: It doesn’t matter if you’re anti-woman, pro-man, or simply wish your dad went to court. Jeezy isn’t winning this. And ask yourself why he’s so focused on Monaco but not his other children? Check the court documents—they practically begged Jeezy to be more involved. This divorce is turning ugly, and it looks like Jenny is ahead in points. Sorry, Jeezy. Anyway, share your thoughts in the comments. Talk to you later. Bye.
